Last Updated: February 1, 2026

Welcome to PrimeVue Protection. By scheduling an appointment, accepting an estimate, paying a deposit, making payment, or receiving services from PrimeVue Protection, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

PrimeVue Protection provides automotive appearance and protection services including, but not limited to:

  • Paint Protection Film (PPF)

  • Window Tint

  • Ceramic Coatings

  • Paint Correction

  • Vinyl Wraps

  • Detailing

  • Related automotive protection services

Every vehicle is different. Results may vary depending on paint condition, prior repairs, aftermarket parts, age of the vehicle, and manufacturer tolerances.

2. Estimates

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Pricing may change if:

  • Additional damage is discovered.

  • Previous repairs affect installation.

  • Additional labor is required.

  • The customer requests additional services.

Customers will be notified before additional charges are incurred.

3. Deposits

A deposit may be required to reserve an appointment.

Deposits secure shop time, materials, and labor.

If a customer cancels or reschedules without sufficient notice, the deposit may be retained to cover lost scheduling opportunities, special-order materials, or labor already incurred.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree that:

  • They are the legal owner or authorized representative of the vehicle.

  • The vehicle will be reasonably clean unless otherwise arranged.

  • Any known repainting, body work, or aftermarket modifications will be disclosed before work begins.

PrimeVue Protection is not responsible for issues resulting from undisclosed prior repairs or aftermarket modifications.

5. Paint Protection Film (PPF)

PPF is designed to protect painted surfaces from normal road hazards.

Customers acknowledge:

  • Minor installation lines, edge visibility, relief cuts, wrapped-edge limitations, and slight texture variations may be visible under certain lighting and are considered normal within industry standards.

  • Film requires a curing period. Temporary moisture, haziness, or small installation bubbles may be present and generally disappear during the curing process.

  • Not every panel can be fully wrapped due to vehicle design.

  • Existing paint defects, rock chips, scratches, touch-up paint, repainting, or corrosion will remain visible after installation.

6. Window Tint

Customers understand:

  • Window film requires curing time.

  • Temporary haziness, distortion, or water pockets are normal during curing.

  • Customers should not roll windows down until instructed.

  • Rear defrosters, aftermarket electronics, prior tint, or existing glass defects may affect installation.

PrimeVue Protection is not responsible for pre-existing glass damage or aftermarket equipment.

7. Ceramic Coatings

Ceramic coatings reduce maintenance and improve hydrophobic properties.

They do not:

  • Prevent scratches.

  • Prevent rock chips.

  • Make the vehicle maintenance-free.

  • Eliminate the need for proper washing.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the coating according to manufacturer recommendations.

8. Vehicle Condition

Customers authorize PrimeVue Protection to photograph and document the vehicle before, during, and after service.

Existing scratches, dents, chips, paint defects, or interior damage may be documented.

These photographs may be used to resolve disputes, warranty claims, insurance claims, or payment disputes.

9. Completion & Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle upon pickup.

By accepting delivery of the vehicle, the customer acknowledges that the work has been completed to their satisfaction unless concerns are reported at the time of pickup or within a reasonable period after delivery.

PrimeVue Protection will make reasonable efforts to resolve any legitimate workmanship concerns.

10. Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Cash

  • Zelle

  • Approved financing or other accepted payment methods

Returned payments, failed transactions, or reversed payments remain the responsibility of the customer.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact PrimeVue Protection directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

By purchasing our services, customers acknowledge that:

  • They authorized the transaction.

  • Services were requested by the customer.

  • Work was performed according to the approved estimate.

  • Photographs and documentation may be used to verify completion.

  • Signed estimates, invoices, text messages, emails, proposals, payment records, security footage, and photographs may be submitted to financial institutions in response to payment disputes.

Initiating a chargeback does not eliminate the customer's obligation to pay for services legitimately rendered.

Fraudulent or knowingly false chargebacks may be pursued through all available legal remedies, including collection efforts and recovery of applicable fees, costs, and attorney's fees where permitted by law.

12. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, completed labor is generally non-refundable.

If PrimeVue Protection determines that a refund is appropriate, refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

After a refund has been approved and processed by PrimeVue Protection:

  • Most refunds are completed within 7–10 business days.

  • Depending on the customer's financial institution, card issuer, payment processor, or payment method, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear.

PrimeVue Protection has no control over processing times once the refund has been submitted to the payment processor.

13. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are subject to the terms established by the respective manufacturer.

PrimeVue Protection warrants workmanship for installations performed by our technicians, subject to reasonable inspection and verification.

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Abuse

  • Neglect

  • Improper washing

  • Accidents

  • Vandalism

  • Chemical damage

  • Normal wear

  • Damage caused by third parties

14. Limitation of Liability

PrimeVue Protection shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services except where prohibited by applicable law.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

15. Media Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing before service begins, customers grant PrimeVue Protection permission to photograph or video the vehicle for marketing, educational, portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

License plates and personal identifying information may be obscured at our discretion.

16. Appointment Delays

Completion dates are estimates.

Unexpected circumstances including supplier delays, weather, curing requirements, equipment issues, or unforeseen vehicle conditions may require additional time.

PrimeVue Protection will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling changes.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Any legal disputes shall be brought in the appropriate courts located within the State of Illinois unless otherwise required by law.

18. Acceptance

By scheduling an appointment, accepting an estimate, signing a work order, paying a deposit, making payment, or receiving services from PrimeVue Protection, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
